I have 20 +years of experience in the behavioral health field. I have worked in various capacities as a behavioral health professional ranging from providing direct care and diagnosis to the seriously, persistently mentally ill, providing clinical oversight and supervision to intensive outpatient programs, working as a therapist in private practice, serving as program manager for quality improvement, and working as a utilization manager/case manager of behavioral health services for a large medicare advantage plan. I also have experience in providing customer service, marketing, and overseeing program budgets for private and state funded programs. I have also served on the Alabama state ethics committee for Licensed Professional Counselors.
