Jennifer E. Marcus concentrates her legal practice in the area of Wills, trusts and estate planning. She is a shareholder in Erwin & Marcus, P.C. where she designs and implements sophisticated estate planning, specifically focused on multi-generation planning, asset protection, wealth preservation, corporate succession planning, and charitable giving. Jennifer counsels fiduciaries and handles all aspects of Trust and Estate administration. Jennifer joined Hill, Ullman, & Erwin, P.C.(the predecessor to Erwin & Marcus, P.C.) as an Associate in 2010 where she focused on sophisticated estate planning for high net worth individuals. Before that, Jennifer was an Associate at a boutique firm located in Westchester County that concentrates in wealth transfer planning with tax efficient strategies to preserve and transfer wealth through the use of various trusts and corporate agreements. Jennifer graduated with honors from Yeshiva University, and received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Touro College. She is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, NYSBA Trusts and Estate Law Section; American Bar Association, ABA Sections of Tax and Real Property, Trust and Estate Law.
