A seasoned customer service expert with an excellent people skill- I have excellent speaking, listening, and communication skills, and I am fervently committed to solving issues that have an impact on customer satisfaction- I also have a strong background in psychology which has proven advantageous with managing customers of all type and kinds- I am a certified service expert with years of experience working in fast-paced environments, I am highly skilled in conflict resolution, conflict management, service recovery, and managing relationships with customers. My experience has greatly influenced my empathy skills, and I can describe myself as completely in love with anything customer-centric (customer success, customer relationship management, customer experience, etc.)- I have a comprehensive understanding of customer service processes, policies and procedures.
