As a Director of Clinical Operations, I successfully led multiple clinical trials from inception to completion at ASKGENE PHARMA, INC. and Xencor, two innovative biotechnology companies. With over 20 years of experience in the field, I have a proven track record of managing and overseeing all aspects of clinical operations, including the clinical team, cross-functional team, and contract research organizations (CRO), vendor selection and oversight, site monitoring, budgeting, project planning, and regulatory compliance. I have a strong expertise in oncology (solid tumors), immunology, CNS, and other indications. My core competencies include strategic planning, team building, problem solving, and stakeholder communication. I am passionate about advancing the science and improving the lives of patients through clinical research.
