About Jennifer Faron

I am a real estate executive with over 18 years of portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions and finance experience including 18 years as a real estate entrepreneur. My experience has resulted in a solid track record of successfully building relationships, restructuring leases, buying and selling portfolios, and managing teams of over 50 people. I co-founded P&W Partners which is the real estate investment arm of our family foundation. Our investment strategy includes both core and value add opportunities in stable business districts as well as in emerging areas. My goal is to ensure our investment in emerging areas is additive and supportive of the community's assets and long term goals. I am an affordable housing advocate and believe that everyone deserves a safe home that allows them to achieve their highest potential. I was Board Chair of Heartland Housing in 2016-2018 where I led our team to develop and approve the organization's first strategic plan. I strongly believe that people do their best work in a team environment and I like to develop and manage teams. I believe in building strong relationships with coworkers and staff where we can compliment each other's skills and strengthen our weaknesses.
