About Jennifer Flatebo

I was responsible for providing technical support for all of the workstations, networks, and users throughout the bank. This has given me a broad understanding of computer hardware, application software and networking. I helped users to troubleshoot issues and maintained the workstation/phone inventory. I volunteered to be part of a focus group that was bringing new software to the bank. I was then promoted to help train users on the new system. While doing that I was able to give the developers feedback on the software and what issues need to be fixed. I am seeking a position that will utilize my technological skills with opportunity for growth. Specialties: Wide-ranging academic studies in business, theater and the arts, combined with well-developed computer skills in a variety of work situations have equipped me to successfully meet each professional challenge I have encountered. An energetic self-starter with strong creative skills. Well organized, detail-oriented, and works well under pressure.
