About Jennifer Fleming

I am a motivated professional with a demonstrable record of helping organizations meet their goals. As a Nurse Practitioner with WoundTech, a national leader in home-based wound care, I became proficient with debridement, wound vacs, and advanced wound care products, which helped expedite healing rates and resulted in better patient outcomes. I also had the opportunity to hone my professional skills and was able to grasp a fuller understanding of reproductive health while working at a family planning clinic. I worked with an underserved and very diverse population to provide accessible healthcare. We specialized in contraception, STI testing and treatment for men and women, women’s health with breast and cervical cancer screenings, and certain primary care conditions including T2DM, HTN and HLD. With COVID sweeping the nation, and in a fast-paced clinic, I was able to adjust to constantly changing guidelines quickly and seamlessly. I partnered with the clinical services director to initiate a telehealth program to provide our COVID symptomatic or exposed patients with birth control and other medications for STIs, UTIs, etc. to prevent lapses in contraception or unnecessary ER visits.
