About Jennifer Funk

With over 26 years of work experiences, I am a seasoned team leader with a passion for helping others. I have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality products when necessary. I thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments, where I can leverage my skills and expertise to support the organization's mission and vision. I am always eager to learn new technologies, methods, and best practices to enhance my performance and contribution. I know every person I come across is a teacher, with knowledge in their field of work that is always useful. In my most recent role as a production team lead at IDEX Corporation, I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing unit, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. I also coordinated with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and logistics, to facilitate smooth workflow and communication. I successfully managed multiple projects, such as implementing lean manufacturing principles, reducing waste and downtime, and improving customer satisfaction. I also trained, coached, and mentored new and existing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. I left IDEX in March 2020 to pursue my passion for physical fitness.
