Contracts Administrator and customer service expert with extensive aftermarket military and commercial contract management experience. I am former Assistant State's Attorney with a high standard of ethics, belief in transparency and direct communication, and a love of people. I cultivate solid partnerships with the U.S. Government, U.S. prime contractor customers, and the Defense Contract Management Agency and streamline process improvement strategies, complaint resolution, risk identification and its implications. I am also very skilled at negotiations with diverse business partners, while developing and nurturing trusting partnerships with external and internal customers. I love being the voice of the customer while simultaneously supporting the achievement of business objectives. Known for my hard work ethic in all prior and current employment, I have been recognized by victim groups, managers, and peers as a force to have on your side. Bringing business principles into the courtroom as a supervising attorney resulted in greater efficiency in the courtroom, management of case flow, and a drastic reduction in caseloads with more visible data across KPIs, root cause analysis, and lean methodology. In my current position, I have received recognition from leadership and peers for leading effective customer meetings, proactive management of risk, and peer training leading to the achievement of shipments, sales, and customer satisfaction.
