Background

About Jennifer Grego

I am an engineer who knows how to communicate and a communicator who knows how to engineer. I obtained Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering in May 2017, and Master's Degree in Environmental Management and Geographic Information System (GIS) certificate in May 2019. I am currently enrolled in Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Computing and System at North Carolina State University. My research topic is to investigate social disparities in established infrastructures. In the past 9 years, I cultivated strong communication skills along with engineering and learning skills. My philosophy is that technical communication should be accessible to everyone. To achieve this goal, I have been training my capabilities to "translate" complex engineering concepts, mine and others', into "daily concepts" without losing and/or twisting the original meaning. I am pursuing a career in which I can use my data engineering and analysis, geospatial modeling and analysis, research, writing, visualization, communication and programming skills to systematically benefit a business's operation and expansion while continuing to sharpen related skills and grow into a qualified leadership role.
