About Jennifer Hand

My background in video production, publicity and marketing, hospitality and education equips me to be a problem solver, innovator, clear communicator, compassionate collaborator, and educator. I help train adults and students to evolve with the ever changing digital landscape. This happens through listening and understanding what each individual needs and wants and then through thoughtful instructional design and content creation providing clear, personalized, instruction and professional development that is valuable and user friendly. There is nothing as rewarding as that AHA moment when someone discovers they can do it. As a leader, I have no fear when it comes to taking chances and advocating for what I believe to be the best course of action for the greater good. I believe in paying it forward to help others as others have helped me.
