About Jennifer Harper

I work where plans meet reality.I currently own end to end production scheduling for a complex product line in a manufacturing environment where timing, fabrication, and material readiness have to align. When they don’t, the schedule absorbs the impact. My job is not just to build the plan. It’s to adjust it, translate it, and make it actionable across fabrication, machining, materials, and production supervision.I flatten BOMs to expose component requirements, surface shortages for the current and upcoming schedules, and provide structured reporting so teams can see risk before it turns into disruption.I am especially drawn to operational systems that feel frustrating on the surface but have a solvable pattern underneath. Missed fabrication timelines, material gaps, constant schedule shifts. These aren’t random problems. They are signals. With clearer visibility and tighter discipline, most production friction can be reduced. My focus areas:Production Scheduling | BOM Structuring | Operational Reporting | Cross Functional Coordination | SAP S/4 HANA | Excel | Process Discipline
