About Jennifer Johnson

Teach. Inspire. Motivate. I am a Certified Primary Group Excercise Instructor for Crunch Fitness and a Library Media Technician for the Berryessa Union School District (BUSD). In my Group Fitness Instructor role I lead company’s dynamic group excercise classes emphasizing cardiovascular health and overall general wellness to a diverse population. My most exciting work to date are the extremely popular special event classes that engage the community on certain holidays and also bring awareness to important causes like Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness, Kaiser Permanente Cancer prevention and survivors. Not only did I have fun creating the interactive dance fitness playlist, but also I found it rewarding to see the participant results. In my Instructional Associate role, I support the classroom management of the Kindergarten teacher. I assists teachers in the implementation of lesson plans and reinforces material introduced by the classroom teacher. I help shape young minds! I currently hold an Executive Boardmember position of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA).<Before joining the Berryessa Union School District, I worked 9 years at Sephora as a Educator and Presenter specializing in luxury skincare. Through hardwork and dedication I climbed the work ladder from and Sales Consultant to managing an entire team of talented artists as the Skincare Consultant Lead and then being selected to become a certified Senior Skincare Advisor, and finally Sephora University Beauty Classes Facilitating Coach.I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other educators. While I enjoy all aspects of my jobs, I think my favorite stage seeing my students grow, flourish and learn new things!I am interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers, or just interesting creative folk, so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.
