Enthusiastic and a driven team-player, I lead cross-functional teams to deliver global training platforms ensuring the users of Roche Diagnostic’s devices are well-prepared to deliver patient results across the world. To achieve results, I leverage my keen attention to detail and commitment to consistency, user-centered design, data-driven decisions, and efficiency to assist my team in ensuring effective delivery of learning experiences for learners across a myriad of needs, backgrounds, tasks, and learning modalities. As a business liaison to IT, I prioritize and champion technical changes in order to optimize business process and user experience. This enables Roche service and learning teams to better serve their internal and external users by driving efficiency in administrative process and delivering a differentiated user learning experience. I learn quickly and easily, fully immersing myself to gather information. I constantly expand my knowledge, seeking out opportunities to grow, develop, and learn from others and by experience. I also cultivate this in those I support and lead. When problems arise, I strive to find creative, yet strategic solutions and provide top-notch customer service, acknowledging when things do not go to plan while ensuring and communicating a clear path In my spare time, I love being outside with my family; gardening, camping, and hiking are all activities we enjoy together. We also love traveling and have greatly enjoyed our time on the West Coast - especially SoCal and Oregon.
