In my current role as Chief of Staff – Head of Surety Strategy at MRS-GM, I am working closely with a dedicated team to lead the strategic ramp-up and European expansion of our Surety business. In this capacity, I collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and execute our growth agenda, leveraging my deep market knowledge and operational insight to drive impact across regions. My career has been built on a foundation of hands-on underwriting experience across diverse roles and geographies, including my tenure as Global Lead Bank Surety at Swiss Re Europe S.A. and a secondment in New York as US Geo Lead. These roles have equipped me with a nuanced understanding of trade credit and surety markets, and a strong ability to adapt quickly to new environments, teams, and challenges. I thrive in dynamic, cross-cultural settings, and bring a collaborative mindset, strategic thinking, and a broad international network to every initiative. My ability to connect the dots between local market needs and global strategy has consistently enabled me to deliver results and foster innovation.
