Jenn is a fractional CEO and innovation strategy consultant with over 21 years of experience in creating and marketing new brands in the mom and baby space. She is the founder and director of Cotton Babies, a multi-million dollar concept-to-consumer operation that manufactures and ships products for baby diapering, breastfeeding, adult incontinence, and menstrual care. She has won several awards for her entrepreneurship, including the Regional E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, 40 Under 40, and YWCA Leaders of Distinction. Jenn is also a circular economy expert and a visionary thinker with an eye on the future of transactions. She has developed a brand-neutral cloth diaper recycling project that works with cloth diaper banks and recycling partners to reduce waste and support low-income families. She consults with some of the largest retailers in the world, helping them transition into the natural product space. She teaches at notable universities on topics such as platform economics, corporate social responsibility, big data analytics, and strategy. She is passionate about empowering women in business and chairs the Women's Business Network in YPO.
