About Jennifer Largen

I am passionate about health - mine, yours and everyone's in between. As a nurse, I spent many hours tending to my patients, teaching them how to care for their ailments, providing comfort, and compassionately tending to their needs. While fulfilling, I believe the ability to make a difference in health care starts in the larger system. For the past several years, I have been fortunate to work in a managed care organization where I have successfully led projects that seek to improve health outcomes for our members. Some key facts about me: 1. I am not content with the status quo, but constantly strive to make things better. I am a self-starter who enjoys working independently, but is always reaching out to members of the team for guidance, collaboration, and feedback. I love to learn and can lose myself in research and articles. My career path has been full of twists and turns, but along the way, I learned more about myself and what I want to be when I grow up! The marriage of health care and business is powerful and an area where I find much fulfillment. It is empowering to know that in this field, I can make a difference.
