I have been involved in well over 300 new development condominium projects in all five boroughs, with a focus on Brooklyn, where I have an encyclopedic knowledge of the market and the trends. I have 17+ years of experience in the New York real estate market, starting as a Manhattan rental agent and rising to Director of Sales at The Developers Group. I have completed over 500 Million in individual transactions prior to working on new development. I have hired, trained, and managed over 50 agents and project managed new development projects from a brokerage perspective. I excel at sales, market analysis, floor plan design, business development, and client relationship management. I lead firms forward with a vision and a strategy, and I have propelled companies to recognition and growth by quadrupling the number of hires, logging 200% growth in size and revenue, and shaping them into some of the largest new development marketing firms in the city.
