About Jennifer Luce

Following the merger of EDA, WEDA, MSEDA, and United, Jennifer now serves as the Vice President of Member Engagement for the North American Equipment Dealers Association. In this role, she oversees member relations, marketing, communication, events and special projects. Previously, she was the COO of WEDA from 2018 to 2022. She first joined WEDA in 2016 as the Regional Vice President of the Pacific Northwest. Before her tenure at WEDA, Jennifer's spent six impactful years at Iron Solutions, Inc. As a Senior Account Executive, she provided equipment and precision dealers with innovative cloud-based ERP and CRM software solutions. Leading a substantial territory, she spearheaded endeavors to expand existing business while securing new sales. Jennifer's journey also encompasses a presence in the real estate sector. For five transformative years, she served as a licensed assistant to a broker at Caldwell Banker Barbara Sue Seal Properties. During this tenure, she earned her real estate license and adroitly managed a team of six professionals. Upon transitioning her career to Colorado, Jennifer continued her impact as a closing coordinator for an REO real estate company, effectively honing her skills in a demanding landscape. Beyond her corporate endeavors, Jennifer has an entrepreneurial spirit, pioneering few startups, that offered tailored marketing, management, and advertising services including a radio/podcast focused on the rodeo industry.
