About Jennifer Lyle

Throughout my 15-year professional career I have had the opportunity to hold a myriad of roles that have allowed me to gain vast amounts of experience in many faucets of manufacturing. As Quality Manager at Linamar Corporation I was in charge of the Quality department and adherence to IATF 16949 (ISO 9001). I was also the lead auditor for the QMS system. As an EHS Specialist at Eagle Manufacturing I gained knowledge on how to manage an Environmental, Health and Safety system (ISO14001 and OSHAS18001). This includes company-wide training, procedure updating and implementation, auditing, permit submission, contractor support, and various other support functions. I have broad experience with batch processing that I gained while working for both SABIC Plastics and Mead Johnson Nutrition. While working at Mead Johnson Nutrition I was part of the Research and Development team that managed, maintained and tracked new product releases. As part of this tracking there were extensive self-life studies that included multiple laboratory stops and evaluations. At MT Texas I was able to gain a large amount of project and job shop experience. I also managed and tracked multiple different projects that required Metallurgical Evaluation and parameter determination based off of laboratory and experimental run results. Through all of these roles I gained technical, manufacturing and laboratory experience that has allowed me to be successful in any position that I have held and will allow me to expand my knowledge as my career advances.
