Since joining PFM Executive Search in 2005, Jennifer has gained a reputation for her ability to facilitate diverse selection committees in the private, public and association/not-for-profit sectors. Her superior understanding of the general business community, dedication to sourcing talent and creative approach to her assignments makes her trusted advisor to PFM's client base. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Within the community, Jennifer sits on the UBC Alumni Advisory Council and is a Former Board Member of the Canadian Mental Health Association - Vancouver/Burnaby. Specialties: I bring 16 years of experience in the executive search filed and have collaborated with a wide array of clients in the private, public & not-for-profit sectors. I seek to work in partnership with both clients & candidates and to facilitate an open & transparent executive search process.
