About Jennifer Maier

As a Special Programs Director at Odyssey Academy, I oversee the design, development, and assessment of various educational initiatives that aim to enhance the learning outcomes and experiences of diverse students. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, where I developed a strong foundation in scientific inquiry and critical thinking. My core competencies include financial and data analysis, program coordination, and intervention strategies. In my current role, I supervise and support educators, work with stakeholders to collect, consolidate and analyze programmatic data, and manage all aspects of project collaboration and implementation. I leverage my skills in financial and data analysis to ensure the optimal allocation of resources, the alignment of objectives and outcomes, and the evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of the programs. I am passionate about creating inclusive and equitable educational opportunities for all students, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, thanks to my background in biomedical science and my involvement in various community and professional organizations.
