About Jennifer Maraday

Working with the general public for over 25 years has helped me to hone my communication skills and learn how to effectively troubleshoot a variety of issues. I am adept at listening to what it is the client needs and responding appropriately. Further, my extensive experience managing staff who come to the job with varying skill sets and backgrounds has provided me with the tools to assess the needs of the individual and help them to grow and thrive in a busy environment. As a soccer coach and a soccer referee for my community, I am faced with balancing the expectations of parents, town constituents and the players on the field. These positions have required that I build relationships that garner trust and foster collaboration. I enjoy my close interactions with children who are learning a new skill or developing their productivity on the field. I am often faced with managing teams of 25 as well as maintaining respectful relationships between coaches and onlooking family members and friends. This requires patience, flexibility and time management. I am looking to expand upon my skill set while sharing my expertise and knowledge that I have gained working with a variety of populations. I welcome the opportunity to implement new programs, expand upon those in place and help team members work together harmoniously.
