I have been involved in an array of professional experiences from being a school counselor and therapist to managing all operations of a small business to developing e-learning courses and presentations for adults. I am a proven thought leader who enjoys a good brainstorming session, organizing projects from idea to completion, or a problem solving challenge. I am proud of my ability to build meaningful relationships both internally and externally. Having a solid team who is inclusive, welcoming and transparent is where I thrive. The journey of constant improvement and having a growth mindset is where I always want to be. I am a big believer in all of us supporting one another and striving to be our personal best. When not working, you can find me exploring Portland, reading, hiking, some yoga or trying new bakeries or coffee shops.
