My journey has taken me through diverse roles—from HR Generalist to Advisor to Manager—across manufacturing, industrial, and retail sectors. Along the way, I’ve led full-cycle recruitment, launched onboarding and performance systems, championed employee engagement, and helped organizations navigate growth and change with empathy and structure.
