About Jennifer Meyer

I have my own business Memory quilts by Jen. I make memory quilts,blankets and pillows out of various fabrics and clothing. I have been working as a COTA since 2003 with experience working mainly in SNF settings. I enjoy helping people with their healthcare needs, finding needed resources to live a happy and healthy life, educating them on improving their health and well being, along with understanding their current health conditions. I enjoy and thrive on helping people become as independent as possible in their environment. I am a Lion member ( Chesapeake Host Lions Club) and I work with children and their families with Diabetes, I am in charge of the registration for our annual family diabetes camp in April. I do outreach and handle all registrations for the camp. I communicate with families via email, phone calls, text and in person. I also help my community including but not limited to the homeless, the senior community, displaced families, help people get glasses and eye exams.
