I am excited to be working shoulder-to-shoulder with the doctors of Hospital Medicine. As an operations enthusiast with an interest in building the most effective workforces possible, I am thrilled to have an opportunity to provide knowledge on Operations, Management & Administration, Physician Relations, and Team Building from previous experiences with perfecting departmental workflow, creating strategic objectives, and building company culture. When you bring your best, and you work collaboratively, and serve others with a high level of commitment, it will drive and build a dynamic culture for patient care. We serve faithfully. We act honestly. We never settle. We are in it together. I look forward to delivering excellence and being a part of Baylor Scott & White. When I’m not on the job, I love Camp Gladiator, following my favorite sports, and indulging my love for seeing new places.
