About Jennifer Munger

I spent 30 years in Real Estate Finance with my first stop being Smith Barney.I had the opportunity to be involved at the forefront of the CMBS market. My experience involved assisting in the set up of CMBS lending platforms for CIBC and then later on in my career for Credit Suisse, specifically for specialty type products, ie small balance loans, health care assets and canadian collateral. My focus in assisting in the structuring of those platforms was credit due diligence and collateral underwriting. In addition to CMBS experience, I also spent a period of time with a private real estate fund, which allowed me the opportunity to work on Mezzanine, Private Equity as well as other highly structured transactions. More recently, I founded Creative Solutions in Real Estate, CSRE Inc, CSRE is a multifaceted boutique real estate consulting firm. We partnered with financial institutions to mitigate risk in all aspects of real estate finance - from loan creation to deal closing - so they can remain focused on production and profit. Our detailed approach to our business allowed us to provide superior perspective and solutions. CSRE was dissolved and my team and I joined Spring 11. I am also co-founder of Wildlife Busters LLC a full service Wildlife Management company which allows me to combine my business acumen with my passion for the outdoors.
