As an HR leader with seven years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and early career development, I enjoy being a strategic partner to field/corporate HR and managers in all areas of operations. I work with a sense of urgency when needed, pulling resources together to ensure successful recruiting events, build strong talent pipelines, and provide effective career mentorship/coaching. Some of my career highlights include:•Recruiting candidates for development and direct hire programs at 11 national and regional diversity conferences, resulting in 25% of diverse hires annually. •Collaborating with global teams to create a Power BI dashboard with hiring, retention, and diversity program details for CHRO/senior leadership to assess metrics and generate reports. •Developing a new process that enabled talent scouts to pull recruiting information and materials from Office 365, implementing a mobile-friendly app that allowed 24/7 access from anywhere.I strive to be a positive voice when others are not, looking for ways to keep the business moving by developing and updating processes to stay competitive and attract the best talent.
