Jennifer is a Lead Consultant at McDermott + Bull, where she drives executive search engagements across North America with a focus on high-growth, private equity and portfolio companies. In addition to her client work, she leads internal talent development initiatives that support the growth and success of the firm’s team. Known for her collaborative and relationship-first approach, Jennifer partners closely with clients to identify transformational leaders for C-suite and senior roles. Her placements span early-stage ventures to billion-dollar enterprises, consistently delivering long-term value and repeat partnerships. Prior to executive search, she led global technology initiatives at Dentons, gaining deep experience in international project execution and cross-border collaboration. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Lethbridge and a Diploma in Energy Asset Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. She is certified in Executive Research by the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) and is a Predictive Index Practitioner, using behavioral data to support better hiring decisions and organizational fit.
