About Jennifer Noiles

I am a Senior Performance Director at EXOS, a global leader in human performance and wellness. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, I oversee and execute the continuous improvement strategy for the performance staff, ensuring they deliver the best possible service and results to our clients across various sectors and levels. My mission is to empower and inspire athletes and clients of all backgrounds to achieve their optimal performance and wellness goals. I am particularly passionate about investing in and elevating human performance for women athletes of all ages. One of my core competencies is developing and leading innovative programs for training athletes, especially in the areas of injury prevention, performance enhancement, and return to sport. I have been instrumental in creating and implementing EXOS' initiative and stance on this topic, as well as integrating human performance and return to performance programs at Mayo Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. I am also skilled in athlete development, operations management, team management, and performance coaching, and hold multiple certifications from FMS, StrongFirst, and NSCA.
