About Jennifer Ott

I’ve spent the last 6 years with Maui Jim Sunglasses working in the marketing and events department as well as customer service. I’ve spent the last two and a half years on the events team within the marketing department at Maui Jim. In that role I served as an event specialist coordinating small and large scale events throughout the U.S. I traveled internationally and domestically 100% of the time and marketed and sold Maui Jim product to consumers at events. I was recently promoted to a supervisor position within the events department where I managed 6 employees and acted as the go-to person for all aspects of events. Prior to my events positions, I worked in customer service where i was the first point of contact to customers and accounts calling in by answering general questions, product inquires, resolving issues and handling complaints. I also assisted numerous departments at Maui Jim as needed. I graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising.
