I am a Senior Quantitative Finance Executive with deep experience leading data analytics and quantitative model development teams in the financial services industry. As a strategic business partner, I take a holistic approach to the business, evaluating and communicating risks and solutions, and overseeing: FINANCE: Data analytics and financial engineering in support of technology system development for asset/liability management, hedging and hedge-accounting strategies, funds transfer pricing, liquidity, and stress testing. TREASURY: Investment portfolio management, cash management, and derivative hedging execution RISK MANAGEMENT: Model validation for trading risk and retail and commercial credit loss forecasting Leading teams of highly quantitative capital markets professionals, I foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning, while ensuring alignment with an organization’s strategic objectives. As a woman of Manitoba Métis heritage, I am passionate about attracting and developing Indigenous talent within the financial services industry. Today I sit on the Board of Directors of Outside Looking In, an Indigenous-led registered charity that supports and inspires Indigenous youth to continue their education by leveraging the power of the arts.
