About Jennifer Partridge
Prior to joining The Foundation in 2006, Jen devoted her career to the inclusion and rights of persons with disabilities. She was a founding member of the Open Access Resource Centre, and worked with Inclusion Winnipeg and Continuity Care, where she led the successful Continuity Care Endowment Campaign. Jen brings 30 years of nonprofit experience to her current role where she focuses on strategic priorities such as Truth and Reconciliation, Human Rights, Climate Action, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Public Art and Mental Health initiatives. She also leads the annual Fast Pitch program. Past highlights include community engagement to develop youth recreation initiatives which resulted in the Growing Active Kids fund and True Sport in Central Park. Jen has a B.A. in Public Administration and volunteers with the Loran Scholarship Foundation. Jen is a lifelong Winnipegger who enjoys the great things our community has to offer.
