About Jennifer Patrick

I have been involved in the Airline Industry for over 18 years. I began my career at Kelowna Flightcraft, working Sunwing Charters based out of Toronto. When a position at Westjet opened because of the move of operations from Hamilton to Toronto in 2004, I jumped at the chance of working for the young, vibrant company new to the Toronto flying scene called WestJet Airlines. At the time, Westjet flew less then 20 domestic flights a day out of Toronto, and currently flies to more than 100 destinations including North America and Europe. I have worked as a Customer Service Agent, a relief Daily Duties Coordinator, IROP Coordinator and found my home in the air as a Flight Attendant. I happily joined the WestJet Recruiting team in 2014 and helps select new Flight Attendants. In the fall of 2014, I achieved my ultimate goal of teaching at Seneca College in the School of Hospitality and Tourism - Flight Services, her favourite kinds of students, future Flight Attendants. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Laurentian University – specializing in History and Geography. I also studied French Culture and Language abroad for a semester at the University of Savoy - Chambray, France. I am currently pursuing my Master of Education at Athabasca University - Distant Education graduating in 2023. My passions are running, travelling, and spending time with her partner in crime - Mike, family and friends and Jet her spoiled cat. My favourite courses to teach are anything Flight Attendant related, Sales and Marketing, and Customer Service.
