With having over 20+ years in retail, sales and talent acquisition experience; I have attained exceptional knowledge of the following areas: networking, training development, growing talent new and obtained, scheduling, marketing/promoting, leadership management, promoting services, community events, merchandising, sales, graphic design, photography, client retention, results driven, cash management, and customer service. I also have the experience as a freelance graphic designer/photographer; creating wedding invitations, business cards, flyers, pamplets, greeting cards, etc. for clients, friends and family. Previously held Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift lead manager and a Photo Manager position. In the photography field, I have exceptional knowledge and experience with film and digital photography. Creating a valued satisfaction and loyalty of customer services and a sustainable customer base. I have educated several consumers on how to take digital photography, changing the perspective on photo quality, giving insites and creativity for customers to create a unique gift or home decorating with photos, and giving back to the community when I had worked for the Walgreens company where the store was located. I was also designated as the "go to" person for Walgreens Area Photo Supervisor for marketing/promoting ideas and questions about the general operations and problems with the photo lab and its equipment. I am considered an overall rounded person that is knowlegeable in all aspects from retail/sales, merchandising, management, marketing, advertising, graphic design, photography, and consumer brand purchasing. With my creativity, self-starter, and driven to succeed in anything that I have done; I am a perfect candidate that is an exceptional attribute for their company and their goals for success in anything they want to pursue.
