I have been a Store Manager in retail for a number of different retailers for over last 9 years. Over the course of this career, I have utilized a number a different skill sets I have acquired from recruiting and sourcing candidates for my stores and other locations to the day-to-day aspects of running a business. I have adapted to daily changes that occur in the retail environment which has aided me in the experience needed to be continuously successful. I pride myself in exhibiting exceptional customer services at all times while closing each and every sale. During my retail tenure, I have been faced with wearing many hats dealing with employee relations, payroll, P&L budgets, scheduling multiple associates and managers weekly, training/on-boarding candidates, and so much more. I have mastered the ability to multi-task, which is required to maintain daily and weekly deadlines for projects, product launches along with implementation. I have enjoyed the recruiting side of the business but have known my unique ability to train anyone would definitely help me stand out amongst my peers in the retail world. Prior to moving towards retail, I was in the financial field dealing with lending, loan portfolios, and account management for many clients. During this career was when I realized my gift, the ability to adjust my management style to fit the associates' needs. I have utilized this skill during my entire management career, and it has proven to show quite successful. I have retained staff for years and I have developed great relationship building with strong partnerships.
