About Jennifer Rash

I've been working in HR for a little over 6 years. I've handled Mergers and Acquisitions, writing policy, team building and have worked to create company values by empowering employees to be the voice. I can help your employees and your company grow. I have several years of experience in a variety of fields including HR, Office Management, Customer Support, Sales, and Purchasing. These positions have all required unique flexibility, excellent communication skills and organizational skills. Combining these skills, my degree in English, my minor in Mass Communications as well as my natural skills in writing, problem solving, logistics and research make me a valuable leader. I have approached all of my previous positions as opportunities to learn and grow as an individual by being a part of a team. I can help your company thrive by leading, recognizing, inspiring and empowering the individuals that make up your company.
