I have worked in the Veterinary field over 30 years. I started my career as a Front Office Receptionist and quickly worked my way to the back office where I became a Certified Veterinary Technician in I worked for Glenn Animal Care Hospital happily for over 25 years before my Veterinarian retired. On March 31, 2021 my husband, Dr. Sean Penn, DVM and I partnered with Dr. Wendy Patterson, DVM and her husband Michael Patterson, Attorney At Law. We purchased Horizon Animal Hospital located in north Scottdsale,Az. We are very fortunate to have an amazing staff and doctors. I have proven success in becoming a Certified Veterinary Technician, management skills, abdominal and cardiac ultrasonography, purchasing, maintaining supplies/medications, employee/client relations to becoming a Hospital Administrator and a Business Owner. Dentistry is a passion of mine, I pride myself on my skills and knowledge. I also have extensive knowledge as a Lead Surgery Technician, I enjoy learning new techniques, surgical procedures and training new staff appropriately. I completed the Sound Eklin Imaging program in Arlington, Texas 2013-2014. I perform full abdominal and cardiac ultrasounds. My computer skills are excellent and I am very knowledgeable with telemedicine. I have continuous hours of continuous education mostly from broad certified specialists.
