Previous experience includes over 20 years’ experience in the design, installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of chemical process plant, with 9 years focused in Chlor Alkali and related water industry within Australia. I am a qualified and dynamic Process Engineer having implemented two major processing plants worth over $40m each from concept through to operation and troubleshooting, & have exemplary project management skills. Previous leadership experience includes leading teams of staff and sub-contractors. I thrive on the challenge of motivating, training and mentoring engineering and maintenance teams and excel in building relationships and understanding with other functional areas of the business.
