With more than fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am a process-driven and dedicated clinical manager who leads and supports clinical and operational initiatives at Optum. My mission is to ensure quality improvement, compliance, and customer satisfaction for health plan members and providers. My core competencies include clinical practice, process improvement, health insurance, behavioral health, fraud detection, leadership, provider relations, utilization management, data analysis, and team building. I have a master's degree in social work and a bachelor's degree in psychology. I am recognized for my interpersonal skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm.
