About Jennifer Ryan

While I had my own yoga business in Miami over 20 years ago my hobby became my passion. I founded Ajna Designs, which became a globally renowned brand specializing in hand-crafted jewelry for hotel spas and boutiques including Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, and the Mandarin groups worldwide. Our unique, signature designs helped us build a successful international online business and distribution network. All my pieces are designed and hand crafted in my studio by me. Due to my long, successful history in entrepreneurship, in 2020 soon after the Covid shutdown, many of my girlfriends began turning to me for business advice. They now had time to start their own side hustles and passion projects and needed guidance. Soon I was spending all my time on the phone giving advice individually. It became too much so "Wise Women Gather for the Soul of Business" was born. For 2 years we met once a week on zoom to mentor, share, educate, support, and empower each other. I also launched "Building the Millionaire Within Her", a weekly financial program educating and fostering a collaborative community for women business owners and leaders. Finally, I realized I had another passion - helping women in the world of business. I now offer Wise Women Gather for the Soul of Business weekly in personal groups and will soon open a zoom group through a membership. Stay Tuned!I currently offer the "Ideal Life Vision"(ILV) online course aimed at helping individuals achieve radical clarity on their goals while intentionally designing a life they love. ILV uses proven brain science to help one focus on what they really want and a system to successfully reach your goals while creating the life they love today.I LOVE inspiring others to empower personal/professional growth while pursuing and realizing their dreams. A beautiful life is your creation and a piece of ART. Let's connect to explore possibilities! Let your Inner Goddess ShineWarmly, Jennifer
