My passion is helping companies thrive in retail environments. I bring a 360 viewpoint with my diverse background: MERCHANT I know how to bring something from an idea and get it placed in large-scale retail. I understand large retail strategy, partnerships, vendor relationships, packaging, placement and can help companies forge connections to make them successful in mass retail environments. I worked at Target for 14 years and was a Senior Director leading teams in heavily sourced categories including furniture, accent furniture, stationery, candles, lawn and garden, seasonal, and merchandise presentation. VENDOR A lot of vendors can make product, but my specialty is helping vendors bring solutions to retail accounts. My background as a merchant allows me to naturally co-create assortment strategies with my partners. I understand the language, challenges, and KPIs that are important to buyers and help them drive results. OWNER I help business owners deliver on the commitments they make including team leadership, execution, process optimization, product design, cost structure and supply chain management. I understand the obstacles of business ownership and can help create the infrastructure to fulfill commitments.
