I'm an innovative thinker with 10+years of experience in Project Management, Business Management, and Product Management roles, along with 4+ years of Customer-Facing Operational support roles with an ITILv3. I am accustomed to focusing on constant, evolutionary process improvement and project planning to drive customer-centric and internally-based solutions. I am also accustomed to being the primary POC, sole account owner, and stakeholder communicator. I excel in process creation and improvement, utilizing Microsoft Products to drive projects, and educating myself on all new software and processes, in order to develop training materials and process documentation.
