As an include, I value making sure all the voices who need to be heard, are at the table, and have the opportunity to be heard. With context, I enjoy looking at how things came to be, and how we can use what happened, to learn and grow. Empathy is a strong suit of mine. I enjoy giving a voice to the unheard. I am adaptable, and change is an exciting navigational opportunity to learn and grow. I bring consistency and balance to level the playing field. I believe in an equal opportunity for each person to bring their A-game to help the whole team succeed. These skills provided me 9 + years of proactive devotion to collaborate, create, and improve, processes, and relationships, for the benefit of the company, employees, and customers.
