About Jennifer Stocker

At tails.com, I have specialised in innovation and automation, both to create capacity and stability to a scaling business. I have spent the last few years focussing on automation within our packing operations in the UK and the Netherlands, introducing a high speed fully automatic case sealer, from concept to integration, and supported testing for our shipping label applicator and checkweigher metal detector. As an incident steward I am responsible for coordinating the response to customer facing breakdowns, from initial spotting to resolution and retrospective. This has further driven my project management, decision and delegation skills as well as opening my knowledge to other areas of the business. I have a strong interest in automating processes with new technologies and software, and I am keen to develop my career in innovation and improvement in manufacturing and fulfilment environments, from established facilities to pilot plants.
