I am a communications and advocacy leader with over 12 years of experience supporting political, healthcare, and education organizations. I specialize in building communications strategies that strengthen public understanding, support policy change, and grow organizational visibility. As Manager of Communications at the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs, I oversee internal and external communications strategy, lead a team of communications staff, and support executive messaging for the Grand Chief’s Office. My background also includes digital strategy and content leadership at the Manitoba First Nations Education Resource Centre (MFNERC) and communications work supporting healthcare access and education initiatives at the University of Manitoba. I am passionate about advancing advocacy initiatives through clear, strategic communications, and committed to helping organizations strengthen their public voice and stakeholder relationships. I hold leadership training from the James W. Burns Executive Education Program, and degrees in journalism and Indigenous studies.
