As a Technical Communications Specialist at Council Rock School District, I am responsible for man aspects of technical communications to students, staff, parents, and administration. I have over 25 years of experience in this role, and I have developed expertise in content management systems (CMS), web design and management, content migration, project management, and user support. My main duties include managing and maintaining 16 websites for the school district, designing and administering the Intranet, training and supporting 15 webmasters in the CMS, and coordinating with them to ensure consistent and effective online content. I also provide technical support to over students and 1,500 staff members, using various platforms and tools such as video production, social media, online content, LMS, O365, and CRM. I am passionate about using current technologies and platforms to achieve challenging and aggressive goals and to enhance communication and collaboration within the school district. Some of the highlights of my career: Developed engaging content for newsletters, intranets, and website updates to communicate technical and creative information. Monitored the performance of communication campaigns, translated results into understandable terms, and provided insight-based reports. Equipped teachers and staff with up-to-date technical and creative information for respective roles. Optimized awareness of the district's technical and creative initiatives by implementing innovative digital media campaigns.
