I am a seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience in administrative management, nonprofit leadership, and education. My career has been defined by a passion for creating systems that drive efficiency, fostering meaningful relationships, and empowering others to succeed.As the Director of Ugandan Orphan Childcare Ministries, I’ve honed my skills in donor relations, event coordination, and team leadership. I have successfully managed service trips to Uganda, training teams in fundraising and cultural preparation while overseeing complex schedules and logistics. This role has deepened my appreciation for impactful teamwork and the importance of organization in achieving big goals.In addition to my nonprofit work, I have a strong background in business operations. As an entrepreneur, I’ve built and managed multiple businesses, including my wellness-focused enterprise with Young Living Essential Oils. My experience includes CRM management, event planning, client education, and social media promotion—skills I’ve used to grow a loyal customer base and a collaborative team of wellness educators.I also bring a unique perspective from my time as an Office Manager at Baxter Healthcare, where I provided administrative support to sales managers, coordinated schedules, and maintained compliance records.At the heart of my work is a commitment to collaboration, problem-solving, and making a positive impact in every project I undertake.
