About Jennifer Sutton

Highly accomplished professional and leader bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to my role as Simpatico Customer Success Manager. As the Simpatico CSM, I will serve as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. I have a background in education where I previously served as an English teacher, school counselor, and coordinator of local, state, and federal programs. I have developed strengths in excellent communication skills as well as the ability to design and deliver engaging content. My strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to streamline processes will help me deliver excellent service in my CSM role. I am passionate about empowering others through knowledge, and I look forward to applying my expertise in a role that allows me to continue advocating for and serving others. I am a proud OU Sooner; although, I have called Texas home since 2012 and think it is a fantastic place to be! My husband and I have four adult children, two sons-in-law, and three grandchildren. When I am not working, I can be found enjoying reading, photography, running, spending time with family and friends, and finding the JOY in any situation!
